Fugitive Rodriguez Singh has ties to India, Mexico

Dallas F B I Special Agent in Charge Chad Yarbrough and
Everman, Texas, Police Chief Craig Spencer on August 29 announced a reward of up to $25,000
for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Cindy Rodriguez Singh.
Rodriguez Singh is a capital murder suspect wanted in connection with the homicide of her young son,
Noel Alvarez.
