Basics of Homeopathy: The What, How, Why & the Best Remedies for Beginners | Barbara Geatches, LCHE

We're so excited to bring our friend and homeopath Barbara Geatches to the show to learn about the basics of homeopathy! If you're new to homeopathy or just learning, this will be a great episode. We'll be exploring what homeopathy is, why it's a great natural medicine, how to use it, and some of Barbara's favorite remedies she can't live without!

Barbara was first introduced to homeopathy in 1996 and it has been a go-to for her family's health needs ever since. It wasn't until 2020 that she decided to take her homeopathic knowledge a step further and formally trained with the Centre for Homeopathic Eduction in London, England. She is also a member of the Royal Society of Homeopaths. In addition to offering homeopathy consultations, she also shares nutrition, diet, and non-toxic personal care information with her clients.
