This was talking about Biosensors, Transhumanism, Smart Dust, Neural Dust, AI, Inorganic Crystals, about 10 years ago and the concept going back 80 plus years and the nanotech being mastered in the 70’s.

June 13th, 2015 – Kandy Griffin Vandawalker delivers an eye opening deep dive into the world of Nano technology and how it is being used to interface with the human organism to manipulate, control and attempt to transform our natural/organic nature.

Kandy was a nurse and became sick after a flu shot and was diagnosed with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis - which is called Chronic Fatigue Syndrome here in the USA and is almost always associated with Fibromyalgia.

Kandy began researching and found some information about the Plum Island Experiments – where the US Government has a Secret Germ Laboratory. They were doing experiments with infecting mosquitoes with pathogens and then releasing mosquitoes to the public and people would be diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue. She found out that so called “Gain of Function” or Weaponizing once harmless germs into now powerful Pathogens is nothing new at all and the government has been doing incredible “experiments” on humanity by releasing super pathogenic germs and cancer causing chemicals to select populations.

This makes you question if the military was ever developed to protect the people but maybe it was to protect the global cartels of the world and they would make it appear as though they were promoting democracies around the world.

ME – Myalic Encephalomyelitis – or CFS – Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or now SEID – Systemic Exertion Intolerance Disease – the medical industry – NIH keeps moving away from labeling it Myalgic Encephalaomyelitis as they want to MINIMIZE and belittle the disease to sound like people are just tired and they are just being pussies.

Donald Scott found that there is a “Linking Pathogen in almost all Neuro-Systemic Diseases – Chronic Fatigue, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, Autoimmune, Cancer & More.” *Very interesting man, a pioneer in a way and I agree on his concepts but I believe these pathogens are viruses and not bacteria – see Source #3 below.

Donald Scott is a retired high school teacher and university professor who is currently president of the Common Cause Medical Research Foundation and adjunct professor of the Institute of Molecular Medicine.

He has extensively researched neurosystemic degenerative diseases over the past five years and has authored many documents on the relationship between degenerative diseases and a pathogenic mycoplasma called Mycoplasma fermentans. His research is based upon solid government evidence. Donald Scott is a veteran of WWII and was awarded the North Atlantic Star, the Burma Star with Clasp, the 1939-1945 Volunteer Service Medal and the Victory Medal.

THE MYCOPLASMA – according to Donald Scott

There are 200 species of mycoplasmas. Most are innocuous and do no harm; only four or five are pathogenic. The Mycoplasma fermentans (incognitus strain) probably comes from the nucleus of the brucellosis bacteria. This disease agent is not a bacteria, and not a virus; it is a mutated form of the brucellosis bacteria, mutated with a visna virus, from which the mycoplasma, is extracted.

Dr. Maurice Hilleman, chief virologist for the pharmaceutical company of Merck, Sharp and Dohme, stated that this disease agent is now carried by everybody in North America and possibly most people throughout the world. The mycoplasma used to be very innocuous. Only one person out of 500,000 would get multiple sclerosis; one out of 300,000 would develop Alzheimer's; one out of 1,000,000 would develop Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease. Before the early 1980's, nobody ever died of AIDS because it didn't exist. The mycoplasma is also the disease agent in AIDS

A report from the New England Journal of Medicine reveals that one of the first outbreaks of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome was in Punta Gorda, Florida back in 1957.

Just a week prior to these people being diagnosed with CFS there was a huge influx of mosquitoes.

The NIH said that those mosquitoes came from a Forest fire 30 miles away. The truth is that those mosquitoes were infected in Canada by Dr. Guilford B. Reed at Queens University. They were bred in Belleville, Ontario and taken to Punta Gorda and then released.

Within a week the first 5 cases ever of Chronic Fatigue were reported.

BIOWARFARE RESEARCH -- Between 1942 and the present time, biological warfare research has resulted in a more deadly and infectious form of the mycoplasma.

They extracted this mycoplasma from the brucellosis bacteria, weaponized it and actually reduced the disease to a crystalline form.

According to Dr. Shyh-Ching Lo, one of America's top, top researchers, this disease agent, the mycoplasma, causes among other things, AIDS, chronic fatigue syndrome, multiple sclerosis, Wegener's disease, Parkinson's disease, Crohn's colitis, Type I diabetes, and collagen-vascular diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and Alzheimer's.

The mycoplasma enters into the individual cells of the body depending upon your genetic predisposition. You may develop neurological diseases if the pathogen destroys certain cells in your brain, or you may develop Crohn's colitis if the pathogen invades and destroys cells in the lower bowel.

Once it gets into the cell, it can lie there doing nothing sometimes for 10, 20 or 30 years, but if a trauma occurs like an accident, or a vaccination that doesn't take, the mycoplasma can become triggered.

Because it is only the DNA particle of the bacteria, it doesn't have any organelles to process its own nutrients, so it grows by uptaking preformed sterols from its host cell, literally kills the cell, and the cell ruptures and what is left gets dumped into the blood stream.

THE TESTING OF AMERICAN MAN-MADE CARCINOGENIC PATHOGENS & CHEMICALS OVER OTHER COUNTRIES -- The Introduction of “Chemtrails”

TESTING CARCINOGENS IN RUSSIA -- In 1953, the Americans developed a carcinogenic chemical which they wanted to test, but they didn't want to test it in the United States so they flew over Russia, accidentally wandered off course, and sprayed this stuff. Many people started getting cancer. And the U.S. had some jokes about this. One American researcher, Dr. Maurice Hilleman of Merck, Sharp and Dohme, joked, "We are going to win the next Olympics because all the Russians are going to turn up with 40-pound tumours." They thought it was a big joke.

TESTING CARCINOGENS IN WINNIPEG -- Next they said, "How about testing it in Canada?"

In 1953, the U.S. asked the government of Canada if they could test this carcinogenic chemical over the city of Winnipeg. It was a big city with 500,000 people, miles from anywhere.

They sprayed the chemical in a 1,000% attenuated form, which they said would be so watered down that nobody would get very sick.

However, if people came to clinics with a sniffle, a sore throat, or ringing in their ears, the researchers would be able to determine what percentage would have developed cancer if it had been full strength.

When we located evidence that the Americans had tested this carcinogenic chemical over the city of Winnipeg in 1953, and informed the government that we had this evidence, they denied it. However, finally, on May 15, 1997, a story out of the Canadian Press in Washington, D.C. by Robert Russo, published in the Toronto Star, stated that the Pentagon of the United States admitted that in 1953 they had obtained permission from the government of Canada to fly over the city of Winnipeg and spray this crap out, and it sifted down on kids going to school, housewives hanging out their laundry, and people going to work.

US Army planes and trucks released the chemical 36 times between July and August 1953. The chemical used was zinc cadmium sulfide, a carcinogen. They got their statistics, which indicated that if it had been full strength, approximately a third of the population of Winnipeg would have developed cancers over the next five years.

The Pentagon called a press conference to admit what they had done.

One professor, Dr. Hugh Fudenberg, MD, who was nominated twice for the Nobel Prize wrote a magazine article which stated that the Pentagon has come clean on this because two researchers up in Sudbury, Ontario, Don Scott and his son Bill Scott had been revealing this to the public.

The US Army actually conducted a whole series of simulated germ warfare tests in Winnipeg. The Pentagon lied about the tests to the mayor, saying that they were testing a chemical fog over the city, which would protect Winnipeg in the event of a nuclear attack. A report commissioned by US Congress, chaired by Dr. Rogene Henderson, lists 32 American towns and cities used as test sites as well.

Programmable matter is matter which has the ability to change its physical properties (shape, density, moduli, conductivity, optical properties, etc.) in a programmable fashion, based upon user input or autonomous sensing. Programmable matter is thus linked to the concept of a material which inherently has the ability to perform information processing.

As semiconductor technology, nanotechnology, and self-replicating machine technology have advanced, the use of the term programmable matter has changed to reflect the fact that it is possible to build an ensemble of elements which can be "programmed" to change their physical properties in reality, not just in simulation.

Thus, programmable matter has come to mean "any bulk substance which can be programmed to change its physical properties."

In 2004, the DARPA Information Science and Technology group (ISAT) examined the potential of programmable matter. This resulted in the 2005–2006 study "Realizing Programmable Matter", which laid out a multi-year program for the research and development of programmable matter.

Smartdust by Hitachi is .15 x .15 mm – each one has GPS ability and they can be sprayed on us or put in our food and drinks.

This smartdust which is hexagon shaped has been found emerging from peoples skin with morgellon’s.

This smartdust feels like fiberglass in the skin, they are hard and crystal like in structure.

A speck of smartdust was sent for testing by Dennis Kunkel and the results indicated it was a Carbon Inorganic Crystal. It was 70 to 75% carbon, with some chlorine and oxygen.

Inorganic – meaning not alive, but like an artificial intelligent nanorobot.

Neural Dust -- Neural dust is a hypothetical class of nanometer-sized devices operated as wirelessly powered nerve sensors; it is a type of brain–computer interface. The sensors may be used to study, monitor, or control the nerves and muscles and to remotely monitor neural activity.

These neural biosensors can detect extracellular data.

Neural Dust = Biosensors

Transhumanism – mixing machines with humans – to “overcome” fundamental human limitations – eventually moving to Singularity – when man and machines become one.

Synthetic Biology – is when they insert their inorganic nanoparticles, have them self assemble to form biosensors, nanorobots, and nodes and when they insert their smart dust, neural dust, hydrogel, neuroworms and more and can control and “upgrade” the software remotely by manipulating magnetic fields.

NeuroWorm – about as primitive of an organism that exists which shares many of the essential biological characteristics that are central problems of human biology.

The neuroworm is conceived of a single cell which undergoes a complex process of development, starting with embryonic cleavage, proceeding through morphogenesis and growth to adult version.

It has a nervous system with a brain – (patented circumpharyngeal nerve ring.)

It exhibits behavior and is capable of rudimentary learning.

It produces sperm and eggs, mates and reproduces very quickly -- Embryogenesis, morphogenesis, nerve function, pre-programmed methods, functions and even aging, and how they are determined by genes. The list includes most of the fundamental mysteries of modern biology.

It is unknown whether the neuroworm has consciousness.

The Neuroworm is only 1mm long and may be handled like a microorganism created by the Human Industry.

All 959 somatic cells of it’s transparent body are visible with a microscope. It has an average lifespan of 2 to 3 weeks.

Brain-Computer Interface or BCI – sometimes called a Mind-Machine Interface (MMI) or Direct Neural Interface (DNI) or Brain-Machine Interface (BMI) – it is a direct communication pathway between the brain and an external device. BCI’s are often directed at assisting, augmenting or repairing human cognitive or sensory-motor functions.

Research on BCI’s begin in the early 1970’s at UCLA under a grant from the National Science Foundation, followed by a contract from DARPA. The papers published after this were the first dealing with the expression of Brain-Computer Interfacing in science literature.

This was the beginning of the Man – Machine concept.

NASA’s Quantum Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (QuAIL) – is the space agencies hub for an experiment to assess the potential of quantum computers to perform calculations that are difficult or impossible using conventional supercomputers.
An invisible world wide web has been set up around the globe using satellited and wireless technology.

The satellites communicate with each other creating the transmission of energy / information through the airwaves – This web could possibly be a SuperQuantum Computer capable of intelligence, mind control, remote neural monitoring, V2K technology and could possibly use the Morgellons artifacts as a biosensor or a control mechanism system.

What if your thoughts were being recorded at this very moment in time and being transferred to the Global Satellite AI system and being analyzed in real time?

With this analyzing they can predict what you will do based on pattern recognition of your thoughts. They know what you will do before you even think of doing it.

The exocortex would be a computer-like processing system that would co-exist with and enhance the power of the human brain. Individuals with significant exocortices could be classified as cyborgs or transhumans.

Elon Musk’s Neuralink is a way of disclosing what they are doing, but it is introducing the technology that has already been used in an out of dated way – in the first part of 2024 they claim that Neuralink has implanted their very first Brain Chip. BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION – Behavior Modification and Accelerated Resocialization -- technology used to control and develop spies, political candidates and other public figures through psychological intimidation, fear and extortion.

The NSA uses this technology to resocialize (brainwash) the US Civilian Voting Population into “Giving their Lives to Christ” – giving up their personal will and civil rights to the NSA. Each subject is required to maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. The technology is also used to monitor NSA employee performance and loyalty.

According to Kandy Griffin, Curt Cobain of the band Nirvana was victim of NSA brainwashing and began giving hints in his music. He referred to the NSA as “friends inside his head.”

SUICIDE THROUGH PROGRAMMING – The NSA initiated executions in an Overseas Project – some years back several employees of the United Kingdom’s Government working on Top Secret Radar Project committed suicide for no apparent reason. They had nothing in common besides working for UK government.

Musical References of NSA Technology – The Talking Heads – a group from the 80’s wrote a song explaining the scientific process of the NSA’s brainwashing technology in a song called “Wild wild life.” The song gave an example of what the audible transmission sounded like at the end of the song (like a tape on fastforward.) They mentioned that the NSA would talk so fast and they couldn’t find a place where they were safe from NSA harassment.

DAVID KORESH – THE BRANCHED DAVIDIANS – David Koresh of the Branched Davidian’s spent many hours talking with FBI negotiators and God and the Bible and finally waited for “God” told him to do in the final hours of the siege. *I heard that the FBI were the ones who set fire, but who really knows for sure?

MORGELLON’S – It is Kandy’s opinion that Morgellon’s is a self-assembling, self-replicating Bio-Nano Machine System designed by the Military Industrial Complex and sprayed into the atmosphere via chemtrails.

WEATHER MODIFICATION – this is part of the chemtrail program also along with Multi-Billion Watt Radio Transmitter with a focusable array of antenna over a mile across such as HARP and EISCAT.

GLOBAL MIND CONTROL GRID – they can decode thoughts and they can insert thoughts. They can decode “sub-vocalized speech”. The brain emits electromagnetic pulses and they can decode those pulses and they can transmit electromagnetic pulses into the brain. This is called Remote Neural Connectivity and has existed for decades.

Now we are getting into the WBAN – Wireless Body Area Network where they can literally connect to our bodies via the Internet – they can monitor our thoughts, our body functions and this information is sent to a computer with Artificial Intelligence and they can even analyze the overall consciousness of the people of the world.

But what is even more scarier is that they are manipulating the consciousness by inserting thoughts, ideas and emotions.

Humanity will soon have thoughts that they believe are their own, but they have been inserted by the controllers.

They can even target an individual and see what that person is seeing through their eyes and hear what that person is hearing and they can have a “streaming thought printout” of that person in real time.

Dr. Robert Duncan – former Chairman, Director, Defense Research and Engineering – CIA Hive Mind Reading Experimentation – multiple people sharing the SAME Mental space, how people can be targeted and tracked remotely via their “Energy Signature” or “Brain Print” and the existence of the use of a technology for “Remotely Cloning” or copying our thoughts, emotions and other states (including intense pain) onto a target and how a weapons system capable of totalitarian control has been developed – without the consent of citizens and it is tortuous pain for some.

Duncan also reveals that many people are now in Wireless Mental Contact with Artificial Intelligence being ran on Supercomputers.

Duncan said that current research projects target people from “all walks of life.” They used to do with the homeless or those with no family or those in psych wards. Now anyone is “fair game.”

Some of these targets are threatened with harm to themselves or family members if they do not carry out the instructions of their “handler” or they may be promised released from torture if they do follow instructions.
