Democrats now suing RFK Jr to keep him ON the ballot

The Democratic Party, which once sued RFK Jr. to keep him OFF the ballot, is now suing him to keep him ON the ballot.

Nicole Shanahan recently went viral when she lamented that the Democratic Party had made it "impossible" for the Kennedy-Shanahan ticket to get a fair shot at the election.

Now, the DNC is suing Kennedy to keep him on the ballot in swing states because doing so will hurt Trump.

"I think that I ought to be able to be on the ballots where I want to be on and not be on the ballots where I don't," Kennedy said.
