Get some paint and canvases, scrap wood, even cardboard and paint. Don't concern yourself with will people like this just do it. Do it for you. You will find that the creative process helps clear your thoughts. The energy in your head at that moment get it out and put it down. I find this is very therapeutic. Thank you for reading that.
