Russian President Putin landed in Mongolia last night and received an impressive reception this morning.

The visit is of interest because it is the first time that Putin visits a country that is a member of the ICC - the Criminal Court in The Hague, after an arrest warrant was issued against him, on behalf of this court, for his crimes in the war in Ukraine.
