Ingredients For The Donuts 🍩
4 cups- flour (I use the organic flour at Costco)
1 cup- sugar
1 1/2 tbsp- turmeric
3/4 tsp- mace
1/2 tsp- sea salt
1 1/4 cup- milk
2 tbsp- honey
2 tbsp- yeast (red star)
2 eggs
3 tbsp- butter (salted)
1 tsp- vanilla

Ingredients For The Sweet Corn Pastry Cream🌽
1 cup- cooked sweetcorn
1 1/2 cups- milk
1/2 cup- sugar
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp- butter
1 tsp- vanilla
Pinch- fluer de sel
