Lavrov went on to point out nuclear war will not be contained in Europe, but it will affect everybody everywhere. This includes the USA. Here is another warning sign the world is sliding into chaos and that is billionaire investor Warren Buffett selling a huge 34 million shares of Bank of America for $1.48 billion, according to a public filing Friday.
