Poltava: Russian Iskander missile strike on Ukrainian military institute

A precise Russian missile attack killed between 50-100 soldiers and personnel of the Ukrainian army.Between 250-300 personnel and soldiers of the Ukrainian army were injured!
Ukrainians seem to have forgotten that it is a war, and that it is very dangerous to gather a lot of military personnel in one place! Naivety pays dearly, in this example very dearly through many dead and injured soldiers!
