Guy Turned An Easy Traffic Stop Into A Felony For Something So DUMB

This man was pulled over for reasons I do not know. Cops see an open container in the backseat of the car. They tell him to exit the vehicle, but he does not understand why he has to get out. The cops seem like they were going to give him a slap on the wrist even stating that they would work with him and send him on his way in 3 minutes. The man refuses. He says he is scared for his life and then drives away after they tell him to put his hands on his head. This guy made his whole situation worse.
