In July, President Trump put out a statement of support for attaching THE SAVE ACT to a CONTINUING RESOLUTION.
Mike Johnson will put on the floor a Continuing Resolution that goes INTO 2025…..Bc we don’t wanna give Democrats THE PEN in December— we wanna kick it all to a TRUMP administration.

So we attach THE SAVE ACT to a Continuing Resolution that will put it in UNTIL MARCH. Yes, we’ll fund the government into March, even though it has a lot of crap in it that we don’t like……but what we wanna do is GIVE THIS TO PRESIDENT TRUMP TO FIX!

We’re gonna demand that our ELECTIONS ARE SECURE. That’s our message in SEPT bc it’s a singular focus message that we believe we can win (& we can go browbeat Democrats if they wanna oppose citizen-only voting).

The upside is…
•SPENDING FREEZE at current levels
•attach THE SAVE ACT
•kick the funding to a TRUMP Admin.

IT’S NOT PERFECT, BUT IT’S A DAMN GOOD APPROACH HEADING INTO THE ELECTION.
