Action Radio 9/3/24, UC Law School Dean Wants to Dump Constitution!

We covered this complete moron today, but I really want to hear Breanna's take on this. If she were interested in law school, where would UC Berkeley rank? Could anyone go there and expect any kind of legal education when the Dean has no concept of how the Constitution works, what our Founding was all about, and that we aren't a Democracy, so the Constitution can't be a threat to something that doesn't exist, and therefore the entire premiss of his book is false, and a total waste of time.

So, why are we talking about this, because he's the Dean of the UC Berkeley School of Law. That's the scary part.
