CHEESE CHILE RELLENOS Easy and Fast

Hello Friends!
Ingredients:
1-Chile Pasilla Pepper
2-Diced Onion and Cilantro half a cup of each(optional)
3-Monterrey Cheese sliced as shown in video.
4.-Flour All purpose 1/j4 cup
5.- Eggs, 1 egg for every pepper.
6.-Corn Starch (1 spoonful)
7- Cooking Oil.
8 -Sour Cream (optional)(For the red and green sauces please see our other videos)
