All you need is your slow cooker, chuck roast and Adobo Birria Marinade. For every 1 pound of beef add 1.5 ounces of Marinade. I added to the bottom as well as smothered the sauce on top. Then you add water covering the meat and close the lid, then slow cook it for 2.5 - 3 hours, checking on it periodically. Then once you remove the meat, shred it with forks for amazing tacos. Today we used flour tortillas, however usually with the leftover sauce (Birria Consome) we usually get a frying pan, add a few drops of oil, then dip corn tortillas in the consome, and then fry it a little, adding cheese and meat, makes it slightly crispy and the flavor gets absorbed in the tortilla, then you can dip it into the consome as well and eat it.
