Maduro should be more worried about the possibility of the plane being bugged than about the seizure. Given how things are developing and the impending collapse of the US dollar, it's no longer a question of if, but when US troops will be ordered into Venezuela.
How can it be a violation of sanctions when those sanctions are illegally imposed? These are the actions of the US that will eventually force other countries to abandon the USD.
