I'd bet this will be some kind of fake kayfabe lawsuit like Fox's against Dominion where the result is prearranged and will set an anti-2A media campaign into motion, or one of the many other ducks they were lining up with this shooting: encrypted comms, bitcoin, white nationalism, muh Russia, Iran etc
