THE ARK, DAGON & GAZA

Does the Biblical account of the Ark being captured and placed in the Temple of Dagon, provide any insights into what is happening in Gaza today, and help us in our intercessory worship?

Gaza was assigned by the Lord to the tribe of Judah, but was a stronghold of the giants and of the Philistines, and now today Hamas. even our ANZACs had some terrible defeats in Gaza.

Some years ago, Ruth spoke of the return of the Nephilim in this season. Jonathan Cahn in his book, “Return of the Gods”, says these ancient gods have made a return.

In recent weeks, Ruth has been working on a new book and the Lord has given insight that the god Dagon is not just a lowly demon. What if this sea god is more like a principality of the waters, a water dragon?

Isaiah 19: 1 states that the idols of Egypt totter, (shake, fall prostrate and rendered impotent) in His Presence. The Lord allotted Gaza to Judah—the tribe who praise and lead out in war. Is it time for worshipping warriors to intentionally focus attention to the area that was once a stronghold of giants and principalities’?

The enemy may seek to have dominion over the waters—but look at all the Scriptures about the Lord’s voice and authority over the waters.
