Is it really a giant? 🤷‍♀️

A man of gigantic stature in a column of celebrants...
This is not a frame from a feature film, it is a chronicle now attributed to 1890.
This two-and-a-half minute video appeared on the Web in 2007. It appears to show a man of gigantic stature walking in a convoy at some celebration in Japan. You can see footage of him lying down at what is probably a tea ceremony and appears to have been received at the imperial palace.
