The ACLJ, along with Empower Oversight, is taking legal action against the Biden-Harris Department of Homeland Security for placing former U.S. Representative Tulsi Gabbard on a terror watch list (“Quiet Skies” program). After the bombshell discovery, Gabbard was almost immediately removed, but not before she’d been followed by Air Marshals and canine dogs after being extensively searched by TSA security because her boarding passes label her for “Quad S” (Secondary Security Screening Selection) enhanced screening whenever she flew.
