IN THIS PRACTICE I guide us through a mindful flow of movements for the gentle cleansing, releasing and removing of physical, mental and emotional blockages.

You can expect some spinal twists and a couple planks and chaturangas to build some heat and digestive fire but nothing too wild or vigorous. As always, listen to the wisdom of your own body, move at your own pace and enjoy exploring your beautiful body, your breath and yourself on a deeper level.

SUPPORT: no specific props required for this class just whatever you think you might need or want to support yourself. You might like to have a cup of tea and a journal handy for after class reflections and maybe your favourite cozy sweater, socks, blanket etc. close by too.
