David Sacks questions Reid Hoffman about the involvement of his Clear Choice PAC in efforts to sue Robert F. Kennedy Jr. off the ballot.

Hoffman acknowledges that some money given to these organizations might have been used in ballot-related actions, but he insists that his instructions were clear: "No, no. Don't do that. That's anti-democratic."

Hoffman explains that while he does fund various organizations, his aim was not to influence who gets on the ballot but to draw attention to RFK Jr.'s views.

David Sacks then asks if the Democrat's lawsuits are based on any "principles" or "naked partisan hackery." https://x.com/i/status/1829649777929412712
