The suspect, Enoc Velaquez Bravo, is on an ICE hold in the St. Clair County Jail.

Velazquez-Bravo is being charged with first-degree human trafficking, facilitating the travel of a child for an unlawful s*x act, traveling to meet a child for an unlawful s*x act, electronic solicitation of a child, and forgery.
