Israel has completed its latest operation in the southern Gaza Strip, killing approximately 250 terrorist gunmen, destroying nearly four miles of underground tunnels and recovering the bodies of six hostages during the three-week operation, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said.

The operation was the third time that the Israeli military has reentered Khan Younis since its initial operation, months after the Oct. 7 attack by the Hamas terror organization on Israel.

The IDF also posted Saturday on social media that terrorists in the West Bank continue to plant explosives under the roads and within civilian infrastructure to harm security forces and pose a risk to civilians. Israel began its operation in the West Bank earlier in the week.
