Slight correction.. no other stairlift installer. *could* do it. Also, the #Bruno (R) stairlift had multiple faults that needed fixing first.

Challenges encountered during the used Bruno (R) stairlift re-installation included:
Chairlift would no longer move upwards after four runs, which created a false prior conclusion of low voltage. Rob's battery analyzer instrumented test showed 3.17V and 3.2/3.5AH battery averages.
Chair sensor fault.
Safety sensor fault. Upsensor obstacle triggered incorrectly..
Downsensor fault triggered by internal wiring instead of actual external obstacle.
Corroded power connections.
Current on metal parts during testing prevented full motor running due to AC RIPPLE motor back-EMF noticed by Rob.
Natural tendency of rail to fail to settle into stands in contravention of critical installation measurement required.
Chair wobble partly due to carpeted floors.
