The AI Boom: Is It the Next Tech Bubble?

NVIDIA, OpenAI, Meta, Tesla, with the rapid growth and investment in AI technologies, should there be questions as to whether this surge is sustainable or are we  heading towards another tech bubble, similar to the dot-com crash of the early 2000s.
