The simple pass on and are punished.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA EVERYONE!!!

Tell me something my friends.

How do you recognize your need for rest and refuge?

What I'm basically asking in this is how are you able to recognize that you need to take a break? Have you ever had a moment where you're doing so much for the Lord (Or so you think.) And then maybe you wind up sicker than a dog or maybe in the hospital? That's happened to me and let me tell you it's not funny. In the long run, I've learned, and am still learning the importance of taking care of myself, expressing boundaries, and learning to politely but firmly say that wonderful, magical word, known as NO! Let me tell you it goes a long, long way, and I've learned not to feel guilty in using that word. Even when others try to make me!

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me from this morning's passage of scripture on this very issue, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I'd pray that what I share with you helps you to see the importance of taking time for rest and refuge while you are serving God. come join me in this vlog tonight my friends, and learn how to care for and help others, while taking care of yourself! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with the spinal question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that it will help you see the importance of making sure that you're taking care of yourself, while you are serving the Lord through helping others. Most of all, that it helps you to see the long term while you're doing it.

What helps you to serve others over the long term?

I don't know about you guys, but I believe that what helps me to serve others in the long term, is that with God's help, I'm able to make a difference in the lives of those who need that help, and to see the joy on people's faces as they're getting the help they need in some particular way, brings joy to my heart. When I'm on the phone with somebody, and God uses me to help them in some way as we're talking, or on social media as I'm typing, or sending a message, when God uses me in that capacity, that brings joy to my heart.

I pray tonight, my friends, that as you are serving the Lord through helping others, that you make sure to take time for yourself, and make sure that you get the proper rest, refuge, and relaxation that you need, so you don't burnout. Also, make sure that when you're helping someone come especially if it's helping someone who's struggling with a sin, remember what Galatians 6:1 States, and go into it with a humble, compassionate, caring, and judgment free heart. We also need to remember that we could be in that same sin too, so again we want to make sure we approach that person who's struggling with true compassion. Ask God for discernment when you are helping others, so that you aren't taken advantage of, and being a helper doesn't start harming you. Because when we learn to tend to our own health, and set boundaries, will be able to have more care to give others in that long term.

UNTIL SUNDAY:

HAVE A VERY SUPERBLY SWEET EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
