Let's check the amplitude of flexion, extension and lateral tilt in the body.
From simple to complex:

✴️BENDING:
* a kind and evil cat;
*knee reaching to the forehead in dynamics and static pressure for at least 15 seconds;
* lifting the outstretched leg on all fours and holding the leg for at least 15 seconds.

✴️EXTENSION:
* at the knee stop, reach up to the heels with one hand and push the hips out to perpendicular with the floor;
* from the upper position of the trunk, simultaneously lower to the heels with the palms of your hands, holding the hips.
* from the lying position, put your hips in parallel and rest your heels on your buttocks. Bring your knees all the way to the floor, put your hands behind your head, lifting your head with an emphasis on the top of your head. Hold the extension for at least 15 seconds.

✴️SIDE TILT.
* from the knee lunge, place the entire palm on the floor towards the supporting knee and at its level, while maintaining the immobility of the legs, the upper arm stretches in the direction of inclination.
* from the knee lunge, place the entire palm on the floor towards the supporting foot and at the level of the supporting knee, while maintaining the immobility of the legs, the upper arm stretches in the direction of inclination.
* Stay in the previous position for at least 15 seconds.
