It's Christmastime and I thought I would share one of the many recipes that we enjoy this time of year. In this video, I will be sharing my mom's Jewish Coffee Cake recipe. Typically we enjoy this on Christmas morning and at Easter. Enjoy! #coffeecake #coffeecakerecipe #recipe

BATTER INGREDIENTS:
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
2 cups sour cream
4 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla

FILLING INGREDIENTS:
6 Tablespoons butter
2 cups brown sugar
6 Tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon

STEPS:
1. Cream butter and sugar
2. Add in eggs and sour cream and vanilla
3. Sift together dry ingredients and add to mixture
4. Melt butter and mix with other filling ingredients
5. Spray and line loaf pan with parchment paper
6. Layer batter, filling, batter & filling
7. Bake at 350F for about an hour or until toothpick comes out clean
8. Do not invert pans after removing from oven. Allow to cool in pans.
