BLM Made Baltimore WORSE

In this video I discuss the recent data that dropped out of Baltimore showing that they are now the worst in the nation in terms of homicide. However despite this data point, there were significant drops in homicide & these drops & previous spikes correlate with the BLM movement and the term of the former prosecutor Marylin Mosby
