A fire has broken out at a facility of the state oil company SOCAR in Baku, APA reports. There is heavy smoke in the Surakhani district of the city, and traffic towards the airport has been blocked. Rescuers managed to prevent the fire from spreading to nearby houses, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency Situations said.
