Crops lose, wine wins as Balkan farmers face record heat

There were mixed feelings as much of the Balkans experienced its hottest summer on record; farmers' fields remained parched and were crops destroyed, while wine makers benefitted from an increased quality of grape. Fiona Jones reports.
