Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose. Hold it for a moment. Now, slowly breathe out through your mouth. As you breathe, focus only on your breath. Feel the air fill your lungs and then gently leave your body. If your mind wanders, gently bring it back to your breath.

Practice this for just a minute each day, and notice how much calmer you feel. Stay present, stay peaceful.
