White onion 2 medium
Garlic 3 cloves
Long grain rice 250g
Herbs of your choice
Salt and pepper to season
Beef stock cube 1 + 300ml / 10 fl oz boiling water
Canned chopped tomatoes 800g / 1 3/4 lbs
