1) A border wall for an initial 5 years to stop the invasion and child trafficking epidemic and proliferation of foreign military and terrorist cells into America's midst.

2) A 5% 2 year universal tariff on all goods entering the United States to offset the initial tax shortfall until the Fair Tax and elimination of taxes restores the economy.

3) A total cessation of all foreign aid for 5 years.

4) 100% of all confiscated gold and silver to be kept by the treasury to back up the new dollar.
