3 ways to improve your sleep👇🏽

1. early am sungazing - reset your circadian rhythm to the rising of the sun

2. blue blocking glasses - stimulate melatonin which will signal it’s time to sleep

3. breathe into sleep - breathe in for four seconds, out for 8 seconds gently - this will activate parasympathetic nervous system, which will signal to the body rest/relaxation - when the mind falls asleep, the body will fall asleep.
