Are beginner abs workouts too easy for you but advanced ones a little too challenging? If so, then this is the perfect transition workout for you. It will help you build up your core strength and perfect your form so that you can progress to the advanced ab workouts in no time.
Here's how it works. We have 40 seconds of a challenging ab exercise followed by 20 seconds of a beginner ab exercise. This will allow you to practice the advanced ab exercises while still having enough of a "rest" to keep proper form. The rest is actually the 20 seconds of lower-intensity exercises. This will keep tension in your abs and help build muscle. Of course, if needed, feel free to take actual real rests as well. You got it!
