Mashed Potatoes and Cutlets Recipe:

Mashed Potatoes:

Cut the potatoes into cubes and put them in a pot.
Add cold water to the pot and 2 teaspoons of salt. Bring it to a boil.
After boiling, cook the potatoes for 10 minutes. The potatoes will be ready after this time.
Preparing the Meat:

Meanwhile, grind the meat. Take 170 grams of fat and 700 grams of meat and grind them in a meat grinder.
Add 170 grams of white onion, one clove of garlic, and 5 grams of celery stalk to the ground meat.
Knead the mixture by hand. Then, add 30 grams of breadcrumbs and 1 egg to the mixture.
Add salt equal to 1.5% of the mixture's total weight, and let it rest in the refrigerator.
Finishing the Mashed Potatoes:

After the potatoes are cooked, drain the water.
Add some nutmeg and grate half a clove of garlic into the potatoes.
Start mashing the potatoes and gradually add 100 ml of milk until smooth. The mashed potatoes are now ready.
Cooking the Cutlets:

Meanwhile, take the meat mixture out of the refrigerator, shape it as desired, and start frying it in oil over low heat.
