My name is Ken Armstrong; I am a Freelance Investigative Journalist.

I specialize in investigating criminal conduct involving member of the Police Force, Prosecution and Judiciary throughout Australia.

With the consent and in conjunction with the producers of these three Documentaries Warrior Productions International and Disturbed through Your News Tube I have been given permission to personally release all three documentaries!

As a Journalist and in particular in the public interest and for the safety of Mr Dupois upon legal advice in accordance with the Invasion of Privacy Act 1971 Section 45 (2) (a) (b) (c) (i) (ii) (iii) and (d) involving Audio and Visual Recordings that I personally obtained over a year ago during the filming of three documentaries involving investigations into Police, Prosecution and Judicial Corruption these Audio Visual Recordings / Documentaries which were obtained legally and produced legally are now for the first time after being produced nearly 18 Months being released.

You will see that Mr Dupois in the Documentaries refers to not having anything at all to do with his Ex De Facto Wife for 6 Years and 10 Months but that was at the time of filming however, in January 2025 it will be 9 years since they have had anything to do with one another and they have both always lived in separate states after Mr Dupois ended his relationship with her.

Ongoing Corruption:

In October 2024, Ms Merishia Wheatley Police Prosecutor in Qld who has already been Civilly Prosecuted and now Criminally Prosecuted by Mr Dupois over False Accusations made against Mr Dupois and other serious Criminal Offences is once again trying to obtain an Unlawful Domestic Violence Order through one of her let’s say, friendly obliging Magistrates against Mr Dupois who at that time would have had not one single thing to with his Ex Partner for 8 years and 9 months.

The Audio / Visual Recordings further proves that Mr Dupois was set up, it also proves the sexual relationship between Mr Dupois’s Ex Partner and one of the two Qld Police Officers that are involved in this frame up.

It also proves the unlawful conduct involving certain members of the Judiciary and the Prosecution who have all collectively targeted Mr Dupois for daring to fight for Justice so he can clear his name from these lies!

Journalist, have an obligation to not allow conduct that endangers the interest of any person’s life that has or could affect the integrity and welfare of a law abiding citizens.

I have taken it upon myself upon the legal advice of senior barristers to finally release these three documentaries which is only part of the truth facts involving Mr Dupois being accused of committing crimes that he has never committed.

Australia has a reputation as being seen in having the tall poppy mentality, as one minute you are an Australian Celebrity or an Australian Hero and then when an allegation is made against you become a criminal in the public’s eye!

Well we can assure you that Mr Dupois is absolutely and irrefutably innocent of these fabricated allegations which are untested allegations that stemmed from a sexual relationship between Mr Dupois former De Facto Wife of 4 and a half years whom he left due to her defrauding him and his family money in excess of AUD $100,000.00 in unreturned loans, as well as her ongoing infidelity with other men and her sexual relationship with Corrupt Qld Police Officers to prevent her in having to return the money she was loaned.

At the time of this filming around 18 months ago Mr Dupois was facing a total of 8 charges and then another one was placed on him in May 2023 to try and set him up even further.

The Final Remaining One Fraudulent Charge is Unlawful Stalking as a consequence of issuing Lawful Civil Proceedings!

I Note that these three documentaries have been released without the consent of Mr Dupois due to his ongoing Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome and ongoing treatment with his Psychiatrist and Clinical Psychologist over the last 8 years as Mr Dupois simply wants to be left alone!

I am well aware as numerous associates of mine (Journalists) have advised me that the Journalists that work for the Main Stream Media have been warned off by the Courts and Police to not report on the real facts involving Mr Dupois, basically the real story.

I ask that any members of the Main Stream Media, Journalist to remember that we have a duty to report matters of truth that affect the public, not to protect those that are in a position of trust that abuse their high standing roles within the Police and Judiciary and aid them to cover up their wrong doings.

Accuracy and Truthfulness, Journalists have to report accurate and factual information. Verify facts, cite reliable sources, and correct any errors promptly.
