I wrote this song about the apathy and complacency I have known my whole life. I’ve spent time with very bad people and some decent people. They all had the same story, they do with what they have and expect nothing more than for it to be taken away by others if given chance. I’ve seen people responsible for heinous things try to change but they were always going it alone and so they failed. I hope we can finally make progress away from a cliff for a change.
