Rep. Mike Kelly, chairman of the House task force investigating the July 13 assassination attempt on Donald Trump, criticized the delayed response from law enforcement when gunman Thomas Crooks was first spotted at the Butler Farm Show fairgrounds in Pennsylvania.

Kelly questioned who was responsible for the decision-making during the incident.

The bipartisan task force, which has subpoena power, is still gathering information and interviewing officials and rally attendees to understand what went wrong, Fox News has reported.
