Scott Wiener's Sacramento Office Denies Illegality of Un-Signed Oath

We visited Senator Scott Wiener's Sacramento office to inquire about his un-signed oath of office. The senator's receptionist denied that his oath was unsigned and said all was legal.

She never saw the oath. She said:

"I think all of that is handled and he is working appropriately."

"I don't know myself. I don't involve myself in that. I do have confirmation that he is working appropriately. The oath is signed, whatever it is, all of that is completely (indiscernible) all of the appropriate i's are dotted and t's are crossed."

"If he was not (working with an oath), then he would totally (indiscernible)."

"If I had any knowledge of it, then I would be (complicit), if that were the case. It is not the case."
