Tropical Cake (Tammy’s)
3/4 CUP OIL
1/4 CUP WATER
3 EGGS
1 COCONUT SUPREME CAKE MIX
1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
3 MEDIUM RIPE BANANAS (MASHED)
1/2 CUP FLAKED COCONUT
1/2 CUP CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
1/2 CUP CHOPPED PECANS

Place oil, water, & eggs, in mixer then add cake mix. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add vanilla, bananas, coconut, pineapple, and pecans and mix one more minute. Pour into a well-greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and turn it down to 325 degrees and bake 20 more minutes. Cool before serving. Glaze if desired.
