Today marks day 201 of my sobriety journey, and I decided to listen to "Samaltau" from the Tokyo Jazz Festival 2020. Before diving into the music, I shared some updates. I've been struggling with sleep lately, and I think it might be due to the morning videos I've been recording. My body is used to waking up naturally, without the use of an alarm. So, I've decided to stop the morning videos for now and see if that helps improve my sleep. I might revisit them later, but for now, it's time to let my body rest as it needs.

I'm also excited to announce that I'm starting an online shop for the channel! I want to offer my supporters high-quality products from Sri Lanka, like spices, tea, and more. I’ve asked for feedback on what kinds of products they would be interested in purchasing.

As for "Samaltau," this particular performance was absolutely amazing. I found myself more focused on the music than the visuals, which made the experience even more profound. It was a truly great performance!
