KZN Education MEC vows to tackle infrastructure and safety issues

KwaZulu-Natal Education MEC Sipho Hlomuka vows to address safety issues and infrastructure in schools, particularly Phikiswayo Primary School where a teacher was gunned down at the end of last month in front of her pupils.
