Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin has removed more than 6,300 noncitizens from the voting rolls, who he said "accidentally or maliciously attempted to register" to vote.
Youngkin told local media that he thinks elections should be decided by American citizens. The discovery of the noncitizens on the voter rolls came after Gov. Youngkin signed an Executive order earlier this month that focused on election integrity, including mandating all paper ballots for elections. DMV officials must also turn over a list of people – who apply for a driver’s license – and are not US. Citizens.
