Everyone believes in something. “One who claims to be a sceptic of one set of beliefs is actually a true believer in another set of beliefs.” Many Christians struggle to give a reason for their faith.

1 Peter 3:15 reads: Instead, exalt the Messiah" as Lord in your lives. Always be prepared to give a defense to everyone who asks you to explain the hope you have.

The word “defense” or “answer” in 1 Pet 3:15 is the Greek word apologia.
Apologia means 'a plea', 'an answer', 'defense'. It is linked to the idea of “to give a rational or logical argument for a belief system”. This four-part mini-series on Christian Apologetics will help you become better equipped to give a reason for your belief in Christ. This is Session 1 of 4.
