Today's routine combines lower body strength, core, upper-body strength, and cardio for a full body fat-burning routine that you can do anywhere, at at any time.

With supersets, the goal is to burn as much energy as possible in a short period of time while maintaining exercise performance as much as possible.

We always recommend to warm up before doing exercise and remind people to perform the exercises at their level. We have included modified versions for most exercises for your comfort.
