THE SIMPLE PROCESS OF DEPROGRAMMING OURSELVES FROM THE MATRIX (we have to do each for ourselves)

oooo! I know something that might help with this!!!
I developed a protocol for instant data acquisition from whatever we are looking at.
I first find in myself a belief I have about the object/thought and then I ask myself if I actually know it or just believe it and if I don't FULLY know it I just admit that I do not know and really have the full realization that I don't know. after clearing as many beliefs as are around it and it's correlative & relative fields,
I then ask questions from a space of pure unassuming childlike curiosity. usually just a
"what is this, actually?"
or a simple,
"why is that doing that?"
will suffice.
but get as detailed as you want without disrupting the authentic curiosity.
then, without grasping for or presupposing of the answer or desiring a specific outcome, I let it go deeper into my core and because I've cleared the belief about it, the truth about it comes in to fill the space.
from then on it is in the data bank
and I can access it and reference it to other confirmed knowings and it even helps to speed up the processing of the next set of data to integrate.
I hope this helps!
