Ingredients :
For boiling the cassava leaves :
150 gr casava leaves
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 litre fresh water

For the sambal and flavouring :
5 pcs shallots
5 pcs garlic
5 pcs Bali hot pepper
1 big red chilli
2 tbsp vegetable oil
60 ml thick coconut milk
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp caster sugar
10 gr galangal
5 pcs kaffir lime leaves
250 ml chicken stock
250 ml fresh water
