At a National Guard event in Detroit, he unveiled the bombshell policy: defund migrant shelters and channel those billions to support America’s homeless veterans.

Trump slammed the current administration for housing illegal immigrants in luxury hotels while “41,000 homeless veterans are living in squalor on our streets.”

“They stay in hotels,” he lamented, “while our veterans sleep on the street. It’s a disgrace.”

“When I take office, I will stop every penny Kamala Harris is spending on illegal aliens and redirect it to shelter and treat homeless American veterans,” Trump promised.

“And we will end veteran homelessness in America—fast,” Trump vowed, leaving no doubt where his allegiance lies.
